Is there anything I can't store at Tamashii Garage?
We cannot accept the following items.
･Cash, stocks and bonds, bankbooks, stamps, revenue stamps, bonds,
important
documents, personal seals, credit cards, cash cards
･Precious metals, artwork, antiques, gems, handicrafts, furs, kimonos,
or
other high-cost valuables
･Precision instruments, glass products, ceramics, Buddhist altars, or other fragile items
･Items that emit magnetic fields and can affect other stored items
･Kerosene, gasoline, gas cartridges, matches, lighters, paints, and other flammable materials
･Pesticides, powerful drugs, gunpowder, poisons, chemicals, radioactive materials or other hazardous items
･Animals, plants (including seeds and seedlings)
･Solid or liquid foods (except for deposit of wines in boxes specified by Tamashii Garage)
･Items that emit or could possibly emit strong or unpleasant odors
･Waste materials
･Items whose possession is prohibited by law
･Items that go against public order and morality
Can I make payments via bank transfer?
Only credit cards are accepted for payment.
The following credit cards are accepted.
VISA、JCB、MasterCard、NICOS、AmericanExpress、Diners Club、AUSTRALIAN BANKCARD
Note: Debit cards are not accepted.
What day is payment due each month?
Fees are calculated on the last day of each month.

What happens if state of the figure I deposited is different when retrieving it?
We cannot be responsible for defects or damage due to unavoidable situations
such as
item quality, insect damage, or loss due to earthquakes, tsunami, or other natural disasters.
We strive to keep the storage environment in the best possible condition, however, customers must
take full
responsibility for any damage due to aging of the product that occurs over time.
Are items in packages opened for shooting photos?
No. Items entrusted to us in their original packaging will not be opened for
shooting.
We recommend that you send items in the product packaging for this service.
Do you accept items other than Tamashii Nations products?
Other than prohibited items listed at the top of this FAQ, we are happy to take items other than Tamashii Nations products.
